We are looking for a German-Speaking Customer Service Specialist to join the team at Concentrix Porto . In this on-site role, you will provide essential customer support in German and English while contributing to a dynamic team focused on delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Fluent German proficiency.
• Proficient English .
• Comfortable working within a 24/7 rotational schedule .
• Willingness to work occasional night shifts.
• Ability to work on-site in Porto, Portugal .
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset and professional attitude.

Working Conditions

• 24/7 operational coverage .
• Two rotational days off per week.
• Occasional night shifts, including shifts between 22:00 and 07:00 .
• Relocation support available for eligible candidates.
