German-Speaking Medical & Healthcare Support Specialist – Relocation Package Included (Porto Office)

Are you fluent in German and passionate about healthcare, medical administration, or patient support? We are seeking detail-oriented customer and patient support specialists to join our healthcare operations team in Porto, Portugal .

In this role, you will act as a trusted liaison for German-speaking patients, healthcare professionals, or medical device users, managing inquiries, appointments, and technical/administrative support for leading European healthcare platforms. Full relocation support—including accommodation—is provided to ensure a smooth transition to Porto!

The Role

• Patient & Client Assistance: Provide empathetic, clear, and professional support to German-speaking patients, doctors, and medical providers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Administrative Management: Coordinate medical appointments, handle patient intake documentation, manage billing/insurance queries, and update confidential health records in compliance with privacy standards.
• Technical & Product Support: Assist users with medical software platforms, telehealth portals, or digital health monitoring devices.
• Compliance & Care: Ensure high standards of patient privacy (GDPR and medical confidentiality) while delivering reassuring, high-quality service during sensitive healthcare interactions.

Working Model & Location

• Location: Porto, Portugal .
• Work Model: Modern Office-based setup in Porto.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Native or Near-Native proficiency in German (C1/C2) with good working proficiency in English (B2) .
• Eligibility: Must hold an EU/EEA Passport or a valid Portuguese Work/Residence Permit .
• Experience: Prior experience in customer support, medical administration, healthcare, pharmacy, or insurance is an advantage (full paid training is provided).
