Position Overview
- Role: Spanish Customer Support Specialist
- Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site; candidates must be locally available or willing to relocate independently)
- Schedule: Rotational shifts between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM (Monday–Sunday, 2 rotational days off per week)
What We Are Looking For
- Language Skills: Native or fluent Spanish, combined with C1-level English (verified via Harver assessment).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience with a track record of delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
- Attributes: Strong communication, empathy, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
