A Randstad Digital está a recrutar um IT Security Manager para um cliente de referência no Porto. Regime de Trabalho Presencial no Porto (com flexibilidade) Desenhar e assegurar a implementação de políticas e procedimentos de segurança da informação, mitigando não conformidades. Gerir a equipa de cibersegurança e monitorizar os indicadores de desempenho dos colaboradores sob a sua responsabilidade, promovendo o seu desenvolvimento individual e a performance da área. Avaliar, acompanhar e definir medidas de intervenção na gestão de incidentes de segurança, garantindo a proteção e integridade dos dados da organização. Gerir as atividades e ser o ponto de contacto com as restantes áreas da empresa, garantindo total autonomia e independência em análises de segurança. Acompanhar a legislação, regulamentação aplicável e tendências de mercado, garantindo a sua integração nos planos de ação internos e promovendo a melhoria contínua. Planear e gerir o orçamento da sua área, bem como os recursos alocados, alinhando as atividades com os objetivos estratégicos definidos. Assegurar o estrito cumprimento das normas internas, standards internacionais e exigências legais decorrentes das políticas do segurança da informação. Licenciatura em Engenharia Informática, Ciências da Computação, Segurança da Informação Sistemas da Informação ou áreas similares. +5 anos de experiência profissional em funções de gestão relacionados com segurança da informação, compliance ou gestão de risco. Certificações na área de cibersegurança, nomeadamente, nas normas ISO 27001, NIS2, NIST, são valorizadas. Experiência profissional na implementação e monitorização de políticas, normas e procedimentos internos de segurança de informação, em conformidade legal e regulatória (por exemplo: ISO 27001 ou equivalentes). Experiência na coordenação de equipas técnicas e multidisciplinares. Conhecimentos comprovados em estruturas de governação de segurança da informação. Experiência profissional na avaliação e mitigação de riscos de segurança, gestão de vulnerabilidades, controlo de acessos e classificação da informação. Conhecimentos em tecnologias e ferramentas de cibersegurança (firewalls, DLP, SIEM, encriptação, etc.). Espírito de equipa e boa capacidade de comunicação. Fluência em Inglês (mínimo B2).
