Project Manager Trainee - Engineering (m/f/d)

We work with our customers to develop optimal solutions to help overcome their challenges. Trainee – Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our Project Execution Team! Responsibilities Assist the PM ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget. Manage on‐site relationships with the client and stakeholders. Manage on‐site works and materials. Implement tasks related to internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects. Assist the PM ensuring resource availability and allocation. Monitor project plan and track progress. Assist the PM in managing changes to project scope, schedule and cost using appropriate verification techniques. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report and escalate to PM as needed. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Assist the PM in meeting budgetary objectives and adjusting constraints based on financial analysis. Implement comprehensive project plans shared with clients and staff. Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency. Perform other related duties as assigned. Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs. Understand contract requirements and claims process. Understand our technical solution and, with our engineering department, redesign solutions to present to the customer in the form of a VO. Analyze schedules and present different scenarios to the customer. Collate, interpret internal and external information and present findings concisely and structurally. Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety requirements in all claims, reporting all accidents, near accidents and hazards. Stay aware of emerging trends and produce informative management reports. Work with teams and people at all levels from Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Legal and Commercial. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or similar (mandatory). Fluent in Portuguese and English (mandatory). Availability for domestic and international travel with possibility to work abroad, when needed.
