Functioning as the primary contact for Italian-speaking clients, you will resolve user inquiries across telephone, email, and interactive live chat channels. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Oversee incoming requests from Italian-speaking service users via live chat, telephone, and email utilizing a warm, courteous, and professional tone.
• Issue Resolution: Analyze customer difficulties, pinpoint underlying causes, and deliver customized, effective solutions in a timely manner.
• System Documentation: Maintain highly precise records of user interactions, ticket progress, and detailed resolution steps directly within our CRM system.
• KPI Achievement: Consistently reach and surpass key performance indicators including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), First Contact Resolution (FCR), and average processing times.
• Continuous Learning: Take part in regular educational workshops to stay completely up to date with software enhancements, company protocols, and operational workflow changes.

Qualifications

• Language Skills: C1/C2-level fluency in written and spoken Italian; minimum B2-level English proficiency for system navigation, training sessions, and internal team communication.
• Availability: Full willingness to work a 24/7 variable rotational shift schedule.
• Location: On-site presence required every working day at our central office situated in Lisbon.
• Work Authorization: EU/EEA citizenship, a valid EU passport, or full legal work authorization for Portugal.
• Core Skills: Outstanding interpersonal communication abilities, attentive listening, resilience under pressure, and a solution-oriented mindset.

Compensation Options Select between two distinct salary models depending on your personal circumstances:

• Option A: Local Package (For Local Residents)
  • Base Pay: €1,262.33 gross monthly (distributed over 12 months).
  • Housing: Independent living arrangements managed by the candidate.
  • Best For: Applicants who currently reside in Lisbon or prefer arranging their own private accommodation.
• Option B: Relocation Package (For Candidates Moving to Lisbon)
  • Base Pay: €1,059.00 gross monthly (distributed over 12 months).
  • Housing Included: Private bedroom provided within a shared corporate flat with all utility expenses fully covered.
