Customer Service Representative (German) (Business Travel)

A German-speaking Customer Service Representative role with a business travel platform focused on booking support, travel assistance, and customer experience within a corporate travel environment. Model: On-site Location: Porto, Portugal Working Schedule: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 Days Off: Saturday and Sunday Experience Required: Minimum 2 years customer service experience (Please note that previous experience in Customer Service is mandatory, preferably within the travel industry. Experience with a GDS is considered an advantage)

- Native German (C2)
- English C1
- 2+ years customer service experience
- Travel industry experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High School diploma
Relocation
- Relocation from outside of Portugal: Room in a shared apartment for a maximum period of 12 months, with rent of 280€ with all utilities bills included (discounted directly from the payslip)
- Health care from day 1 free (but the candidates need to already have NIF and NISS, if not, they first need to take care of it, as this data is mandatory to enroll them in health insurance)
