A D’ACCORD, empresa especializada em soluções de Recursos Humanos, encontra-se a recrutar, para empresa no setor de mobilidade urbana, um Customer Support Specialist (Mobilidade Urbana), para a zona do Porto.
No âmbito do reforço de equipa e desenvolvimento de novos projetos, procuramos um profissional qualificado e motivado, para integrar uma empresa de referência localizada no Porto. Funções Gerir pedidos e esclarecer dúvidas via e-mail, telefone e sistema de tickets
Resolver questões dos clientes com rapidez, empatia e eficiência
Garantir uma experiência positiva e contínua para os nossos motoristas
Manter informação de clientes e viaturas sempre atualizada
Identificar melhorias e sugerir soluções que façam a diferença
Acompanhar indicadores de satisfação
Experiência em atendimento ao cliente ou suporte
Fluência em inglês (oral e escrito)
Experiência em rent-a-car, call center ou leads “quentes” (fecho de leads)
Excelente comunicação e forte orientação ao cliente
Perfil proativo, organizado e adaptável
Experiência com CRM (ex: HubSpot ou similares)
Energia positiva, espírito empreendedor e foco na qualidadeDisponibilidade para regime 100% presencial e horário central 09h-18hResidência no Porto, Maia, Vila Nova de Gaia, Gondomar e outros zonas próximas
Integração em empresa sólida e em crescimento;
