About the role

CloserHire has partnered with a multinational BPO company that specializes in providing exceptional customer support and sales services to renowned brands. Together, we’re looking for a motivated Dutch-speaking Recruiter to look for top talent to support their teams.

What you'll do

• Attract candidates by using databases, social media, and job fairs, among others
• Conduct interviews to assess the applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Establish a relationship with different departments and Managers to validate the information
• Prepare and onboard the new employees to become fully integrated into the company
• Build a good relationship with candidates during the selection process by becoming a trusted recruiter
• Create, update, and maintain analytical reports and databases

What we're looking for

• Native or fluent in Dtuch (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
• English fluency (B2 level) University
• Degree, preferably in Human
• Resources or similar
• Proven work experience in the field
• Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with recruitment process methods (hiring profile, assessments, interviews, and ongoing follow-up) Familiarity with Applicant Tracking
• Systems and resume databases
• Experience with sourcing techniques
• Good understanding of referral programs A positive and ‘can do attitude overlooking a community-building approach

Salary

1450EUR x 14 yearly

Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year — your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is therefore well above monthly × 12, which is worth doing the maths on before you compare it to an offer at home.

Relocation support

• Airfare up to €400 reimbursed at the end of 6 months employment, Relocation coming from abroad: room in shared apartment for max 12 months - rent of €280, utitlies and bills included. discounted directly from payslip. Relocation wtihin PT: no accomodation provided unless candidate currently living in accomodation provided by competitor. Notes: 12 months contract w/ 30 days trial w/ health insurance (from day1)
