Dutch-speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist (BPO)

CloserHire has partnered with a multinational BPO company that specializes in providing exceptional customer support and sales services to renowned brands to look for a motivated Dutch-speaking Recruiter.
Your Role:
- Attract candidates by using databases, social media, and job fairs
- Conduct interviews to assess applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Prepare and onboard new employees to become fully integrated into the company
Your Qualifications:
- Native or fluent in Dutch (C1 level), with strong proficiency in written and spoken communication
- English fluency (B2 level)
- University Degree, preferably in Human Resources or similar
The Offer:
- Competitive wages (14 monthly payments per year)
- Health insurance with a dental plan
- Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday 9h to 18h
