Role Overview:
Are you a fluent German speaker passionate about active lifestyle, sports, and delivering great customer experiences?
On behalf of our client—a leading European customer experience and business process outsourcing partner—we are actively seeking a motivated German-Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international project supporting a well-known global brand in the Sports & Leisure E-Commerce sector.
- Location: Porto, Portugal (Central office near Metro Trindade – On-site / Hybrid model)
- Employment Type: Full-time (40 hrs/week, rotational shifts)
- Compensation: €950 – €1,400 / month (base salary + performance & attendance bonuses)
- Languages Required: Fluent German (C1/C2) + working proficiency in English
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, and digital back-office channels with empathy and professionalism.
- Assist customers with orders, deliveries, product inquiries, returns, and issue resolution.
- Address feedback, claims, and objections constructively to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Navigate multiple CRM platforms and internal IT tools efficiently.
- Maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude that reflects the vibrant spirit of the sports and outdoor brand.
What We Are Looking For:
- Native or near-native German skills (C1/C2 level is mandatory).
- Good communicative level of English for internal team communication.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; empathetic and customer-centric mindset.
- Solid computer literacy and familiarity with digital platforms.
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or e-commerce is an advantage (open to entry-level profiles with the right attitude).
- Valid work authorization for Portugal (EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency/work permit).
- No relocation, the candidate must live around Porto.
