As a Customer Care Specialist, your mission is to ensure a seamless and customer-centric experience throughout the customer journey. You will act as a key point of contact for customers, coordinating with dealers and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently, improve service quality, and strengthen customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Act as the main point of contact for customers, managing inquiries, requests, and complaints across different channels.

• Ensure timely and effective case management and follow-up, keeping customers informed throughout their journey.

• Manage and maintain accurate customer information and case updates through CRM platforms.

• Work closely with Sales, Aftersales, Service, Dealers, and other internal teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.

• Collect and analyze customer feedback and recurring issues, sharing insights to improve processes and customer experience.

• Identify opportunities for process and service improvements and support their implementation.

• Monitor customer and market trends to anticipate evolving expectations.

• Represent BYD as a customer-focused brand ambassador, ensuring a professional and consistent customer experience.

• Participate in occasional business trips, meetings, and customer care initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Previous experience in Customer Care, Customer Service, CRM, Aftersales, or Automotive is a plus.

• Strong customer focus, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Organized, proactive, responsive, and able to work independently.

• Strong ability to collaborate with different departments, partners, and stakeholders.

• Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• High level of discretion and attention to detail when handling customer information.

• Fluent in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for business needs.
