Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Advisor - MedTech (Porto)

A MedTech client in Porto, Portugal is looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team.
You'll support customers of a healthcare technology brand with product and account queries.
Work model: On-Site.
Start date: 20/Aug/26.
24/7 rotation, healthcare/medical device background a plus.
In this role, you'll answer customer questions by phone, email, and chat, keep accurate records of each interaction, and escalate more complex cases to the right team when needed.
We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Dutch and are comfortable working in English day to day.
Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
You can expect thorough initial training, continuous coaching from your team lead, and a clear path for career progression over time.
