Customer Service (Dutch & English)

Key Information:
Work Model: On-site
Schedule: Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday (24/7 coverage) with 2 rotational days off
Gross Salary: 1,100 EUR gross per 14 months
Relocation: Relocation support provided
Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for medical diabetes devices, consumables and accessories
- Manage order intake and renewals in compliance with company guidelines
- Assist customers with product usage and ordering through multichannel support (calls, email, chat, and SMS)
- Accurately document all customer contacts in English
- Apply active listening and empathy to handle sensitive patients and situations
- Follow defined procedures and scripts to ensure regulatory and safety standards
Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (C1/C2)
- S trong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to support more than one market simultaneously
- Good temper to handle disputes and emergencies
- Possess problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Active listening and empathy to resolve client issues
- Background in healthcare, diabetes devices, or technical support is an added advantage
- Available to work on-site in Porto, Portugal
