We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Team Leader to join a dynamic customer service environment in Lisbon, Portugal .
This is an on-site leadership opportunity for an experienced professional who is confident in managing and supporting a team and communicating fluently in both Dutch and English.

About the Role
As a Team Leader , you will be responsible for leading a team within a customer service environment. You will play an important role in supporting team performance and maintaining an effective and collaborative working environment.
The position requires strong proficiency in Dutch and English and is based fully on-site in Lisbon.

- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Help maintain an efficient and positive team environment
- Support the team in achieving service and operational objectives
- Ensure clear and effective communication within the team
- Assist with resolving team-related issues when required

Requirements
