Role Overview:

As a Customer Specialist , you will be one of the main points of contact for customers, providing professional and personalized support through phone, email, live chat, and other digital channels .

You will assist customers with a wide range of questions and requests, understand their needs, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure that every interaction is handled efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, professional, and empathetic customer support through phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.
• Assist customers with questions related to accounts, products, services, orders, payments, and general requests.
• Provide clear, accurate, and relevant information while following company policies and procedures.
• Understand customer needs and provide practical, timely, and effective solutions.
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Guide customers through relevant processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Accurately document customer interactions, requests, actions, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Identify complex or sensitive cases and escalate them to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are investigated and resolved efficiently.
• Meet established KPIs related to customer satisfaction, productivity, response times, quality, and resolution performance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures through regular training and continuous development.

Requirements: 

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in French (C1/C2 level)
• Eligibility:   EU citizenship or a valid  Portuguese residency card
• Experience: 0–1 year in customer support or a related role is a plus
• Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Mindset: Eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated to grow within a fast-paced environment
