Role Overview:

As a Customer  Specialist , you will be the main point of contact for customers, providing assistance with questions, requests, accounts, products, and services. • Provide friendly and professional customer support through phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.
• Assist customers with general inquiries, account-related matters, products, services, orders, and other support requests.

• Resolve customer questions and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach.
• Guide customers through processes, platforms, or services whenever assistance is required.
• Accurately document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases according to established company procedures.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in French (C1/C2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
