Role Overview
As a Technical Customer Advisor, you will assist customers with technical inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions across multiple channels. Your role will focus on ensuring a smooth user experience while maintaining high standards of support and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, chat, or email with technical questions, troubleshooting, and system-related issues
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Provide clear instructions and step-by-step support to help customers navigate products and services
- Support users with account access, software functionality, device setup, and connectivity issues
- Escalate complex technical cases when necessary and follow up to ensure resolution
- Deliver professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented support to build customer trust and loyalty
- Follow company procedures, security guidelines, and service quality standards to ensure consistent support
- Stay updated on products, tools, and technical processes to provide accurate assistance
Qualifications
- Language Skills: Proficiency in German (C1/C2) and English (B2)
- Experience: 0-1 year of experience in CS or Tech CS
- Skills: Strong communication, analytical mindset, and client-support ability
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency
