Job Title Service Representative (English-speaking) - Cash App Services Job Description Customer Service Representative based in Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site). You will support the client's finance areas, ensuring client guidelines, promoting service improvements, and providing assistance to all users. What You Will Do In This Role Provide assistance through phone, email, chat, or social media platforms. Answer questions about features, functionality, and account setup. Help customers resolve app-related technical issues, such as login errors or payment delays. Guide users through the account creation or identity verification process. Build and maintain a positive customer experience by being empathetic and professional. Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-level support or technical teams. Your Qualifications High level of English (oral and written). Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve customer queries effectively. Familiarity with mobile apps, digital payments, and online platforms. Ability to understand customer concerns fully and provide appropriate solutions. Previous experience in customer service, support roles, or call centers is preferred.
