Requirements

Your qualificationsConcentrix is a great match if you:Have a High level of Spanish (Oral and written) and are fluent in English (C1)Have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve customer queries effectively.Are Familiar with mobile apps, digital payments, and online platforms.Have the ability to understand customer concerns fully and provide appropriate solutions.Previous experience in customer service, support roles, or call centers is often preferred.If you feel you don’t check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
