Customer Service Representative

Description
The Customer Service Representative supports users by answering questions, solving problems, and ensuring a smooth experience with client's products. You will be the friendly voice and helping hand for customers, guiding them with patience and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and efficient customer support for users.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests with accuracy and empathy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
- Maintain high standards of communication and service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service level agreements and performance targets.
Requirements
- Advanced communication skills in English and Spanish (B2+). Spoken and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, on rotating shifts.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Reliability, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Sunday, 07:00–23:00 (rotating shifts)
- Two rotating days off per week
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary
- Attendance Bonus.
- Complexity Bonus: Food allowance.
