Role:

Under the guidance of the shop manager, to ensure the best customer service and compliance with the procedures defined by the brand.

Responsibilities:

• Customer service;
• Compliance with hygiene and food safety rules;
• Ensuring all areas of the outlet are kept clean;
• Restocking shelves;
• Finalising outlet products.

Requirements:

• Customer service experience;
• Customer focus;
• Flexibility;
• Friendly and good natured;
• Willingness to work rotas.
