We are looking for a Business Analysis Assistant for our offices in Rio de Mouro.

Responsibilities:
- Preparing reports on Key Performance Indicators for the Sales and Marketing teams;
- Calculating and tracking campaign results;
- Monitoring the Sales team’s targets;
- Monitoring and controlling sales forecasts;
- Assisting with the preparation of Sales and Marketing meetings.

Required Academic Qualifications: 
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;
- Specialization in Data Analysis and Business Intelligence is a plus

 
Experience: 
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in sales analysis or a similar role

 
Required Skills: 
- Analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
- Knowledge of Business Objects and SAP Reporting is a plus;
- Sense of responsibility and results-oriented mindset;
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude;
- Fluency in English;
- Knowledge of Spanish is a plus
