The expansion to the Porto region requires the creation of specialised local teams, which is why we are currently recruiting a Kitchen Assistant (m/f) . Role: Ensure, under the guidance of the shop manager, the production and preparation of small meals according to the available range. Responsibilities: Preparation of light meals (salads, sandwiches, snacks, etc.); Cleaning the preparation area; Ensure and verify compliance with cleanliness and food hygiene standards; Support the other areas of the store, whenever necessary; Anticipating and resolving any possible conflicts within the team. Requirements: Experience in the role; Like working in the kitchen area; Knowledge of Food Hygiene and Safety; Like the role's versatility (support at the counter, in the pantry, kitchen, etc.) Flexibility; Organised and process driven; Friendly and good natured; Availability to work in a system of rotating days off.
