The Sales Manager - BESS will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding the market presence within the Energy & Natural Resources sector. This position is based in Lisbon and requires a strategic mindset and a focus on delivering results in the energy sector.
Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the Energy & Natural Resources sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to customer needs and market demands.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company's offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Profile
- Msc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
