Somos uma empresa em crescimento na área de serviços imobiliários, gerindo mais de 200 propriedades de arrendamento de curta e média duração em todo o país. Oferecemos um serviço completo — desde gestão de propriedades a renovações e manutenção premium. Procuramos agora o nosso primeiro Sales Executive dedicado, com mentalidade comercial, conforto no contacto com clientes e forte instinto para o mercado imobiliário.
Responsabilidades:
- Angariar e fechar novos contratos de gestão de propriedades
- Gerir o ciclo completo de vendas: prospeção, negociação e fecho
- Construir relações com proprietários, promotores e parceiros
- Criar propostas comerciais e projeções de rendimento com base em dados internos
- Manter o CRM atualizado e reportar progresso regularmente
- Ser o elo entre a equipa comercial e as operações
Requisitos:
- 2 a 5 anos de experiência em vendas, idealmente em arrendamento ou imobiliário
- Fluência em Português e Inglês (oral e escrito)
- Confiança no trabalho com números e apresentações a clientes
- Capacidade para trabalhar com vendas inbound e outbound (20-30+ calls por dia)
- Residência em Lisboa, com disponibilidade para reuniões presenciais
O Que Oferecemos:
- Salário base: €28.000 anuais
- Bónus por desempenho: até €20.000/ano (OTE total de €48.000)
- Benefícios via Coverflex: €2.400/ano (refeições, transporte, saúde, etc.)
- Modelo híbrido: escritório em Lisboa com flexibilidade

Tipo de oferta: Full-time
Pagamento: 40 000,00€ - 50 000,00€ por ano

- Consegue trabalhar presencialmente no escritório em Cais do Sodré (Lisboa) pelo menos 4-5 dias por semana?
- Quantos anos de experiência tem em vendas no setor imobiliário (gestão de propriedades, arrendamentos ou similares)?
- Quantas chamadas comerciais realiza/realizou em média por dia num cargo anterior?
- Qual é o pacote de remuneração total (base + bónus) que considera justo para esta função, em termos de OTE (On-Target Earnings)?
- Quantos negócios (contratos fechados com novos clientes) concretizou diretamente no último ano? Qual foi, aproximadamente, o volume total de negócio (em €) que gerou ou ajudou a gerar no último ano ?
- O seu nível de inglês permite-lhe conduzir reuniões, chamadas comerciais e redigir emails profissionais com autonomia total?
