About the role

An on-site Customer Support role with our client in Lisbon supporting the Social Media project, focused on handling customer inquiries within a fast-paced BPO environment. Initial shifts between 07:00–19:00 with potential transition to rotational 24/7 schedule in the future. Relocation support available for candidates moving from abroad.

What we're looking for

• ⦁ Native/fluent Italian speakers with fluent English (minimum B2). ⦁ Experience in paid campaign management and a background in digital marketing are mandatory. ⦁ Candidates should have previous experience in a contact centre or customer support environment, ideally within Ad Tech or digital advertising. ⦁ Strong customer service skills, familiarity with social media platforms, and the ability to work well independently and in a team are important

Salary

€1,000 per month × 14 salaries (gross)

Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year — your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is well above monthly × 12, which is worth working out before you compare it to an offer at home.

• Complexity bonus of €50 Health insurance 7.63 per day net meal allowance We are offering a 1200€ Welcome Bonus until the end of Oct. This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment

Relocation support

• Relocation coming from abroad: room in shared apartment for max 12 months - rent of €280, utitlies and bills included. discounted directly from payslip. Relocation wtihin PT: no accomodation
