Join our client in Portugal as a Customer Care & Recall Agent in Lisbon. This on-site role involves providing essential customer support and managing recall cases, utilizing your Dutch and English language skills.
Additional Information
- A performance bonus of 100.00€ is offered.
- A language bonus of 150.00€ is provided.
- This role features fixed shifts.
Requirements
- Fluent or native-level Dutch proficiency.
- Proficiency in English.
- Demonstrated experience in customer support, recall support, or case management.
- Must be a local candidate in Lisbon, Portugal.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive customer support.
- Manage recall support processes.
- Handle case management effectively.
Key Information
- Work Model: On-site
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 (Lisbon time)
- Working Hours: 08:00–17:00
- Gross Salary: 1400,00 € gross/month
- Relocation: No relocation support provided; only local candidates will be considered.
