Your Mission

• Co-lead kitchen operations alongside the Head Chef, ensuring consistency, high quality, and flawless execution during every service;

• Master and execute Asian-inspired and fusion dishes to absolute perfection;

• Contribute to innovation in a high-end, fine dining setting while respecting culinary traditions and knowing when to break the mold;

• Manage and mentor a team as diverse and vibrant as our menu, fostering a productive and positive work environment;

• Maintain stringent standards of food safety, hygiene (HACCP), and quality control, while minimizing waste and managing stock levels.

You Bring

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef de Partie background;

• Mandatory proven experience in Asian cuisine ;

• International kitchen experience is highly valued ;

• Knife skills that can turn heads and a deep understanding of authentic culinary techniques;

• A cool head and exceptional leadership skills, even during the hottest and most demanding services;

• Curiosity, courage, and a relentless passion for culinary excellence;

• Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese is a strong plus).
