Key Responsibilities: 

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation;
• Replace linens, towels, and amenities as required;
• Ensure rooms are stocked with all necessary supplies and amenities;
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or discrepancies to the Housekeeping Supervisor;
• Respond to guest requests and special requirements promptly and courteously;
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in a safe and organized manner;
• Follow all hotel procedures, hygiene, and safety standards;
• Uphold the hotel’s luxury service standards and professional appearance at all times.

Profile:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or room attendant roles in luxury hotels is an advantage;
• High attention to detail and quality;
• Strong organizational skills and reliability;
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
• Friendly, professional, and service-oriented demeanor;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; 
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
