Role Overview:
As a Customer Specialist , you'll be the primary point of contact for individuals navigating the home application process. You'll provide guidance, answer questions, verify application details, and help ensure every applicant enjoys a smooth and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional and friendly support via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist applicants throughout the home application journey, explaining requirements and required documentation.
- Review applications for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established guidelines.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing clear information and effective solutions.
- Record customer interactions accurately using internal systems.
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases following company procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient application processing.
- Meet service quality standards and response-time goals.
- Stay up to date with project developments, company policies, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Norwegian (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
- Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
- Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the CS field
