THIS ROLE IS STRICTLY OPEN ONLY TO LOCAL CANDIDATES CURRENTLY RESIDING IN PORTUGAL.
Candidates outside Portugal will NOT be considered.
About the Role
Join a top BPO company supporting the advertising experience of a leading American AI research and technology organization.
As an Operations Customer Expert , you'll help users resolve issues related to advertising accounts, payments, access, policies, and platform functionality while delivering an excellent customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Support users via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve issues involving ads, accounts, payments, and access
- Troubleshoot advertising and platform-related issues
- Explain advertising policies and account requirements
- Guide users through platform features and processes
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution
- Escalate complex cases and ensure proper documentation
Requirements
- C1/C2 English (written & spoken)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer service/support experience is an advantage
- Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational environment
- Ability to manage multiple cases independently
- Must be currently based in Portugal
Salary & Benefits
Base Salary: €938 gross/month
Holiday Allowance: €78.17/month
Christmas Allowance: €78.17/month
Meal Allowance: €7/day (€154/month based on 22 working days)
Estimated monthly gross package: €1,248.33
Performance Bonus: up to €200/month
