Estamos a recrutar um Engineering & Maintenance Trainee (M/F/D) para integrar a nossa área de Engineering & Maintenance
Funções:
- Analisar o desempenho das máquinas e identificar oportunidades de melhoria de eficiência, produtividade e fiabilidade.
- Participar na implementação e validação de novos formatos e ajustes de equipamentos produtivos.
- Colaborar na análise de causas raiz de falhas e no desenvolvimento de ações corretivas e preventivas.
- Acompanhar testes industriais e monitorizar resultados para garantir a eficácia das soluções implementadas.
- Desenvolver e atualizar documentação técnica, procedimentos e instruções de trabalho.
- Estabelecer contacto regular com fornecedores nacionais e internacionais para esclarecimento de questões técnicas.
- Traduzir as necessidades operacionais da empresa em requisitos técnicos claros para os fornecedores (URS).
- Garantir uma comunicação assertiva e eficaz com parceiros externos, acompanhando propostas, soluções e planos de ação.
- Elaborar relatórios e apresentações técnicas em inglês.
O que procuramos:
- Frequência de Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Engenharia Mecânica, Eletromecânica, Industrial, Manutenção Industrial ou áreas similares.
- Inglês fluente e técnico.
- Sentido de responsabilidade e organização.
- Elegível para realização de Estágio +Talento.
