Role Overview:

As a Customer Specialist , you will be responsible for assisting customers with a variety of questions, requests, and concerns. Through phone, email, live chat, and other support channels, you’ll provide accurate information, understand customer needs, resolve issues, and ensure every interaction is handled efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other available channels.
• Assist customers with questions related to products, services, orders, accounts, payments, deliveries, and general requests.
• Understand customer needs and provide clear, accurate, and practical solutions.
• Guide customers through different processes, platforms, and services while ensuring information is easy to understand.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, maintaining a positive and solution-oriented approach.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, procedures, and available solutions.
• Accurately document customer interactions, requests, actions taken, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Follow established company procedures, service guidelines, and quality standards.
• Escalate complex, urgent, or sensitive cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requests and issues are resolved efficiently and within the required timeframe.
• Meet established KPIs related to customer satisfaction, response times, productivity, service quality, and resolution rates.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, procedures, and best practices through ongoing training and development.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Polish (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the CS field
