About the Opportunity: We are looking for a tech-savvy professional to support the advertising ecosystem of a leading American artificial intelligence research organization. This organization is at the forefront of generative AI technologies and is responsible for creating one of the world's most widely used AI chatbots.
As an Operations Customer Expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring users have a seamless advertising experience on this globally recognized platform.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Total Estimated Gross Salary: Up to €1,448.33 / month
- Base Salary: €938.00
- Meal Allowance: €154.00 (tax-exempt prepaid card)
- Holiday & Christmas Allowances: €156.34 (paid in monthly installments)
- Performance Bonus: Up to €200.00 / month
- Perks: Private health and dental insurance, plus 22 days of paid vacation.
What You Will Do:
- Investigate and resolve user inquiries regarding ad campaigns, payments, billing, and account access.
- Troubleshoot technical issues impacting ad creation, delivery, and performance.
- Guide users through advertising policies, platform guidelines, and tools to help them achieve their goals.
- Deliver high-quality, empathetic support across email, chat, and phone channels in a fast-paced environment.
What We Are Looking For:
- Language: C1/C2 English proficiency (Written & Spoken).
- Location: Must be locally based in Lisbon, Portugal.
- Documentation: Non-EU citizens must have a valid residence card in hand.
- Availability: Ability to work 40 hours per week (8-hour shifts + 1-hour lunch) on a 24/7 rotating schedule.
