Digital Performance Specialist

Role Campaign Support & Execution: Support in the set up, management and improvement of performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, etc. Responsibilities Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor key indicators (CPC, ROAS, CTR, conversions, etc.) and support the team with performance dashboards and regular reporting to ensure data‐driven decisions. Market & Competitor Research: Support research on industry trends, competitors, and keywords to uncover new opportunities and help optimize ad strategies for maximum efficiency. Creative & Copy Coordination: Collaborate with design and content teams to support the development and testing of creatives, ad copy, and landing pages tailored to different platforms and audiences. Qualifications Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Data Science or equivalent field (preferred). Previous experience or knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads or Amazon Ads (minimum 2 years). Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to develop in performance marketing. Good analytical skills and attention to precision. Fluent in Portuguese and advanced in English.
