Financial Operations Officer

We're looking for a Financial Operations Officer to join an international team supporting the operational management of financial products. Your impact:

• Perform data reconciliation activities to ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial information.
• Prepare, review, and validate operational documentation related to financial products.
• Support the operational lifecycle of securities and financial instruments.
• Maintain and update internal databases, ensuring high levels of data quality.
• Collaborate closely with Legal, Front Office, Back Office, and other international stakeholders.
• Investigate discrepancies and contribute to their timely resolution.
• Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives to increase operational efficiency.
• Ensure all activities are completed accurately and within established deadlines.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in Financial Operations, Banking, Capital Markets, or a similar environment.
• Hands-on experience with data reconciliation.
• Strong Excel skills (advanced level).
• Python knowledge is highly valued.
• Understanding of financial products or securities is considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Your background:

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience within the financial services industry is highly valued.
• Experience working in an international environment is a plus.
