Structured Credit Officer - Finance Operations (M/F/D)

Your new role:
• Support and manage Structured Credit activities across Front Office, Middle Office, or Back Office functions
• Work with syndicated loans and complex financing structures throughout their lifecycle
• Utilize LoanIQ to manage loan transactions, operational processes, and reporting activities
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of financing operations
• Analyze financing structures, identify operational risks, and contribute to process improvements
• Support coordination between business, operations, risk, legal, and other relevant teams in an international banking environment
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and banking procedures

What You Need to Succeed:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a banking environment
• Proven experience in Structured Credit within Front Office, Middle Office, or Back Office functions
• Strong knowledge of syndicated loans and complex financing structures • Hands-on experience with LoanIQ
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in an international environment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Advanced English (B2–C1)

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Legal background or experience working closely with legal documentation
• Knowledge of credit risk management and loan administration processes
• Experience within Export Finance and Transportation financing
• Portuguese language skills
• Experience working in multinational banking or financial services environments
• Strong understanding of lending operations and structured finance products
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management capabilities
