A Customer Service Representative role with a confidential app-based services company focused on customer support, account assistance and app guidance within an employee benefits environment. Model: On-site Location: Braga, Portugal Working Schedule: Monday to Friday: 07:00 - 18:00PM (Rotational shifts) Days off: Saturday and Sunday

Your Profile
- ⦁ Native or fluent in French (C2) with strong written and verbal skills.
- ⦁ Fluent in English (minimum B2) to work with internal teams and systems.
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good computer and app literacy
- Comfortable handling inbound calls
- Please note that candidates must already be residing in Portugal, as relocation is not offered for these remote positions.
- Candidates who live within 50 km of the office are required to collect their equipment in person.Equipment is only shipped to candidates who live more than 50 km away. Kindly ensure that candidates are informed of this requirement in advance, as it may be a deciding factor for them.
