Customer Service Representative (German) - Braga, Portugal

• Native or fluent German (written and spoken), and good English to work in an international, multilingual environment.
• Previous experience in customer service, support, sales or account management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills friendly, patient and able to build rapport with clients.
• Good organisation and computer skills (e.g., office software, databases), and the ability to manage multiple tasks while keeping attention to detail.
