What you will do in this role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, representing Volkswagen Group with professionalism and enthusiasm.Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Staying updated on Volkswagen Group’s latest offerings, policies, and services to provide customers with accurate and timely information.
• Exhibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction
• Utilize your knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
