Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other digital communication channels. Assist customers with reservations, booking changes, cancellations, and a variety of travel-related requests. Provide accurate information about flights, accommodations, transportation services, travel policies, and additional travel products. Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently while ensuring a positive and personalized service experience. Manage customer cases in line with company procedures, escalating complex situations when necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, actions taken, and case resolutions using internal systems.
