Role Overview:

As a Customer Specialist , you'll be the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with a wide range of inquiries related to accounts, products, services, and orders. Your focus will be on understanding customer needs, providing effective solutions, and delivering a seamless support experience across every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding accounts, products, services, orders, and general requests.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, timely, and solution-oriented assistance.
• Resolve customer issues professionally while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Guide customers through processes, platforms, and services with clear and helpful instructions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, requests, and case resolutions using internal systems.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases in line with company procedures.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution and excellent service delivery.
• Achieve key performance indicators related to service quality, response times, and customer satisfaction.
• Stay up to date with company products, policies, procedures, and best practices through ongoing training and development.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in French (C1/C2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the CS field
