• Multinational service provider within Legal, Regulatory, Taxation and Advisory.
• Looking for a Governance Officer to join a new hub.

Description

• Manage a portfolio of corporate entities and investment structures, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory and governance requirements;
• Coordinate and support board and stakeholder meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up of key actions;
• Prepare and review corporate documentation, resolutions, and governance-related records;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and entity records, ensuring strong document control practices;
• Liaise with external stakeholders, advisors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies when required;
• Analyse documentation and identify potential risks, inconsistencies, or areas requiring attention;
• Deliver a high standard of service while managing multiple priorities and deadlines;
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient execution of client deliverables and operational processes;
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support a proactive, client-focused culture.

Profile

• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in corporate services, administration, legal support, financial services, or a related environment;
• Recent graduates with relevant academic backgrounds are also encouraged to apply;
• Degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a similar discipline;
• Good understanding of corporate governance, regulatory frameworks, or compliance-related matters;
• Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an advantage;
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail;
• Ability to work independently while effectively managing competing deadlines;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Analytical mindset with the ability to review documentation critically;
• Collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach;
• Demonstrates professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to delivering quality work.
