Procurement Operations & Supplier Management

We are looking for a Supply Management Assistant to join the team.
In this role, you will be at the heart of procurement operations, ensuring efficient supplier management, contract administration, and stakeholder support while contributing to the overall success of the business.

Your Role
As a key member you will provide operational and administrative support across supplier accreditation, contract management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. Your contribution will enable procurement colleagues to focus on strategic activities while ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for new supplier requests.
- Support supplier onboarding and qualification processes.
- Review supplier information, documentation, and certifications.
- Maintain and update supplier records.
- Follow up with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of actions.
- Create reports and provide status updates to the procurement team.
- Manage user access and provide system support.
- Generate reports and track contract lifecycle activities.
- Assist with contract uploads, documentation requests, and audit support.

What We're Looking For
- Fluent Dutch and English , both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Comfortable working with data, reports, pivot tables, and basic analysis.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn new systems and processes quickly.
