We are looking for an experienced and driven Lead Salesforce Developer to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will take ownership of Salesforce development initiatives, lead a team of developers, and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that support business growth.

Dare to Have:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or similar
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development
• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
• Solid experience with Salesforce integrations
• Proven track record in unit testing, debugging, and defect resolution
• Good knowledge of Git, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience using JavaScript and HTML for customization and troubleshooting
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written)

Nice to Have:

Salesforce certifications such as:

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
