Sobre a Vaga
Procuramos um Salesforce Developer Lead com experiência extensa e maturidade em desenvolvimento Salesforce, bem como forte conhecimento de boas práticas da plataforma. Esta função é responsável de forma end-to-end pelo desenho, implementação, documentação e unit testing de requisitos em Salesforce e/ou num domínio funcional, liderando a entrega técnica e fazendo mentoria a uma equipa de developers.
Requisitos:
- Ser responsável end-to-end pelo desenho, implementação e testes unitários de requisitos em Salesforce e/ou num domínio funcional.
- Elaborar especificações funcionais e técnicas e assegurar a sua manutenção.
- Garantir parametrização/configuração Salesforce em conformidade com os requisitos e standards definidos.
- Realizar desenvolvimento de interfaces e integrações dentro do scope.
- Executar testes unitários, analisar defeitos e implementar correções.
- Definir e rever casos de teste para assegurar cobertura e qualidade.
Mais valia:
- Licenciatura em Ciências da Computação, Tecnologias de Informação, Informática de Gestão ou equivalente.
- Mínimo 8 anos de experiência em desenvolvimento Salesforce.
- Proficiência em Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components e integrações Salesforce.
- Experiência prática em criação de testes unitários, análise de defeitos e resolução de bugs.
- Bom nível de utilização de Git, SFDX e pipelines CI/CD.
- Capacidade para utilizar JavaScript/HTML na customização de templates, troubleshooting de campanhas e garantia de correto rendering em diferentes browsers.
- Fortes competências de liderança, com capacidade para orientar, apoiar e motivar uma equipa de developers.
- Certificações Salesforce como Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II e Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
Requisitos Linguísticos & Modelo de Trabalho
- Inglês nível B2 ou superior (falado e escrito).
- Português (Fluente)
Regime: Híbrido, 2 vezes por semana no escritório em Lisboa.
