Italian Customer Service Representative - Remote in Portugal

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Work Model: Remote (Candidates must be based in the Lisbon area)

What You'll Do

• Provide professional customer support in Italian and English.
• Assist customers with account-related questions and service inquiries.
• Deliver accurate, friendly, and efficient support while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Contribute to high customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Italian (C1–C2) and English (B2+).
• Currently residing in Portugal.
• Must live within 50 km of the Lisbon office.
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: €1,000 gross per month × 14 salaries
• Food Allowance: €7.63 per working day
• Attendance Bonus: €100 per month (11 months)

Working Schedule

• Monday to Sunday
• Rotational shifts between 07:00 and 21:00
• Two rotational days off per week

Important Information

Please note that this position does not include a relocation package . Applicants must already be living in Portugal and reside within 50 km of the Lisbon office.
