Position: Customer Service Representative (Hungarian)
Location: Lisbon, Portugal (on-site)
Start Date: 3 September, 2026
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week
08:00-17:00 or 09:00-18:00 Monday to Sunday (rotative shifts)
Days Off - 2 Rotative days
What You'll Do:
Join a team as a Customer Service professional, providing support in Hungarian and
English. This on-site role in Lisbon, Portugal, offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a
dynamic team.
Requirements:
- Native/fluent in Hungarian (C2) with good English (B2+)
- Possess strong moderation skills.
Offer & Benefits:
- Base Salary: €920 / month (x14 months)
- Signing Bonus: €1000
- Attendance Bonus: 45€ per 11 months
- Meal Allowance: €7.63 Per working Day
- Health insurance: Since day 1 (but need to pay a monthly amount), it's free after 6 months of contract

Relocation from outside of Portugal:
- Access to accommodation in a shared apartment with other employees for a maximum period of 12 months;
- Utilities are included, with the accommodation cost deducted directly from the employee's monthly payslip.
