We would like to meet a Business Manager for a project with a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities:

• Lead business development efforts and identify new business opportunities;

• Develop and implement a sales strategy for the existing client portfolio;

• Prepare, present and negotiate commercial proposals;

• Support and manage the career development of the consultant team;

• Foster synergies with the Recruitment team;

• Build and maintain close, trust-based relationships with clients and consultants.

Requirements:

• Degree in Management or a related field;

• 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role within the IT sector;

• Strong ability to identify, pursue and develop new business opportunities;

• Excellent communication skills across different stakeholders;

• Strong team player with a collaborative approach;

• Proactive, dynamic and with solid organisational and management skills;

• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
